I don't spend too much time post-processing photographs.

What may connect my photographic work is the search for authenticity.
Even when staging situations for film- and photo-shootings I always look for something authentic, something truthful.

To me, there is nothing more boring than compositions and poses or glossy pictures that are empty.

Working with available / ambient light helps capturing the essence of a moment.

Natural (ambient) light is part of the moment.

It adds to the authenticity of a moment.

Including harsh shadows / light differentials and / or grain.

Flashlights, strobes and permanent artificial light sources may help to disguise aesthetic flaws or to point out individual features.
Artificial light can emphasize Compositions, Moments, Details.

It's actually fun to use tons of artificial lights.

But it takes from the atmosphere, from the authenticity.

As soon as you use artificial light sources,
you'd better make sure that the person(s) in front of the camera can deliver for that artificial environment.

The right connection between photographer / filmmaker and subject(s)
and the instinct for / the anticipation / the creation of the right moment

are more important than a hundred strobes or the most fancy tech.

Photographers, Filmmakers, Scientists should be aware that photography captures a 2D slice of space.

Photons are space.

All space is thermal-space.

To the human mind, space is n-dimensional.

All concepts of dimensions are products of the human mind.

The human mind is n-dimensional whereas universe is one-dimensional, beginning and endig with 0 K (≈ -273.15° Celsius)

The Information we capture with our cameras and other tools is specifically encoded for our biological minds, our visual capabilities.

Photons are the particle that will soon unite Gravitation (Relativity) and Electric Forces / Quantum Mechanics in physics.

The search for the so called TOE (Theory of Everything) has always been a philosophical search for an UNIFIED (scientific)
Language of man.

During evolution, man has forgotten about cause and effect which is true for many scientific theories and in mathematics.

When analyzing all great scientific theories, their intersection and therefore unified spectrum is obvious:

Temperature, particle movement.

Warmth about 0 K is evolution - within our Universe.

There is no information without space (4th law of thermodynamics).

Photons are entropy.

Visible sometimes, invisible in other cases (e.g. ultraviolet spectrum, dark energy, gravitational waves).

The visible spectrum is what we (usually) capture with our cameras:

continuos thermodynamic flow creating singular, irreversible flow structures without a number.

This basic principle will not come to an end as long as Universe exists.

We call those space-points we capture moments.

Sequence of events or events themselves in thermal-geometric (thermodynamic) flow is what we call time.

This is the philosophical, scientific and mathematical essence of photons.
